一人公司，真的被说得太轻松了。

最近「一人公司」这个词，出现得有点太频繁了。

之前看到李一舟老师在卖「一人公司」的课程， 我第一反应就是——又是一波割韭菜。

今天又看到苏州政府在推 「一人公司 + AI」这个概念， 说实话，听起来确实很美。

但从落地角度看， 难度其实被严重低估了。

我们自己就在做初创， 也一直在深度使用 AI。

一人公司从来不是 “学会用 AI 就能创业”， 它真的只对极少数人非常友好， 本质上也不是一个大众友好的机会。

The “one-person company” idea is being oversimplified.

Lately, the term “one-person company” keeps popping up everywhere.

When I first saw a course selling the idea,

my gut reaction was pretty simple:

this feels like another cash grab.

Then I saw local governments starting to promote

“one-person company + AI” as a concept.

I get why it sounds attractive.

It looks clean. It sounds efficient.

But from a real execution standpoint,

the difficulty is being massively underestimated.

We’re building a startup ourselves,

and I’m a heavy, hands-on AI user.

And the more you actually try to make things work,

the clearer one thing becomes:

A one-person company is not

“learn how to use AI and you can start a business.”

It only works for a very small group of people —

and it was never meant to be a mass-friendly opportunity.
