你开始不了，不是因为难，而是因为信息不够

我最近意识到，很多人做一件事情开始不了，或者做到一半就停了。

根本原因不是你懒，也不是你能力差。

真正的问题是：你信息不够，所以不确定性很高。

就像没有导航，完全靠感觉走。

你不知道下一步怎么走，心里没底，

而这种没底的感觉，才是最大的阻力。

我以前也是这样。

学英语、学 Python……

脑子里一堆小问题没人讲清楚，整个知识板块就搭不起来。

这些看似很小的问题，但随便一个都能把你卡住，

久而久之你自然也坚持不下去。

那时候最希望的，就是有个人能一直把这些细节讲清楚。

但现实就是——没人能无限陪你。

最后只能靠自己“悟”，

而悟，是最慢、也最容易让人直接劝退的。

直到最近我买了新镜头，天天出去走拍。

我会把看到的景色、我的想法、��的困惑，全都和 ChatGPT 去交流，

让它帮我分析、给我思路。

而且我会连续思考、连续提问，

有时候一个问题要问三到五轮，

甚至一直不明白我就继续追问，直到我彻底弄懂。

所以我现在越来越确定，在当下的 AI 时代：

真正的门槛，不是学历，也不是信息差，

甚至不是你的悟性，而是你能不能借助 AI 快速抹平信息差，让自己开始行动。

I realized something recently — most people don’t fail because they’re lazy or not smart enough.

They fail because they don’t have enough information to feel certain about what they’re doing.

It’s like trying to move forward without a map.

You’re guessing every step, you don’t know what comes next,

and that uncertainty becomes the biggest source of friction.

I used to be the same.

Learning English, learning Python…

I had tons of small questions that nobody could clearly explain,

so the whole knowledge structure never clicked.

And the crazy part is:

those tiny questions — any one of them — could freeze all your progress.

That’s usually when people give up.

Back then, all I wanted was someone who could walk me through those details.

But in reality, nobody can sit there and answer your questions forever.

So you rely on “figuring it out.”

And honestly, figuring things out on your own

is the slowest — and the most discouraging — way to learn.

Everything changed for me recently when I got a new lens and started shooting every day.

I began sending everything I saw — the scenes, the light, the compositions, my confusion — straight to ChatGPT.

And it would break things down, analyze it, give me angles to think about.

And I don’t just ask once.

Sometimes I’ll ask the same question three, five, even eight times

until the whole picture finally becomes clear.

That’s when it hit me:

In the AI era, the real barrier isn’t your degree,

it isn’t “talent,” and it’s definitely not your ability to “figure things out.”

The real barrier is whether you have enough certainty to start —

and AI can give you that certainty instantly.

The resistance is gone.

All that’s left is whether you’re willing to take the first step.
